A website for a Gold Coast property-repairs business, with clear routes to services, strata information and enquiries.

Website + custom app + AI

Less typing. More time for the job.

For Paul’s property-repairs business, I built more than a website. I connected customer enquiries, recorded calls and a custom app so the information can help prepare the quote, instead of being typed out again.

  1. A customer gets in touch

    A website enquiry or phone call starts the conversation. An AI receptionist can take the details when Paul cannot answer.

  2. The app gathers the story

    Recorded calls become written notes. Messages, photos and job details can sit together so Paul can see what the customer needs.

  3. AI prepares a quote

    The app uses the available job information to draft the work description, labour and materials. Paul gets a starting point rather than a blank page.

  4. Paul checks and sends

    Paul reviews the scope and price, fills any gaps and approves the quote. The customer receives a clear quote they can accept.

  5. The job moves forward

    Once accepted, the work continues with its notes and photos. Invoice tools carry the agreed work into billing.

  6. Keep track of payment

    Invoices, recorded payments and the remaining balance help Paul see what has been paid and what is still owing.

AI does the first draft. Paul stays in control. The aim is less copying, less typing and fewer details to remember. The core tools are built; the complete day-to-day workflow is still being refined with Paul.

Holistic Minds Holistic Bodies

A website redesign for Peter’s Burleigh Heads clinic, with a calmer layout, clearer service information and visible booking options.

Website + a clearer booking journey

Turn interest into a clear next step.

For Peter’s clinic, I created a website and a focused page for visitors arriving from Instagram. Instead of making people search through the whole site, the page gives them a short route to useful information and his existing booking system.

  1. Discover the clinic

    A person sees Peter’s work on Instagram. The journey is designed to begin with the link in his profile.

  2. Find the right next step

    A focused landing page — a short page with a clear purpose — helps visitors explore the clinic or choose to book.

  3. Continue to Cliniko

    The booking button opens Cliniko, the clinic’s existing appointment system, where visitors can choose their appointment.

A clearer path, using the tools the clinic already has. The page and booking links are built and checked. Connecting the new page to Peter’s live Instagram profile is the remaining launch step for this journey.
